Server Transfer Service Starts on Monday
The long-awaited Character Server Transfer Service will finally be available as of Monday. We have tested it for several weeks to make sure this function works perfectly. So from next Monday (September 7, 2009) this service will be officially available.
In order to maintain the balance of each server, this service is subject to some rules and restrictions as summarized below.
1. This is a fee based service and the fee is 100 Bullion. That means 100 Bullion will be deducted from your character if your request is approved.
2. You need to talk to NPC “Castellan Clyde” to request the transfer. He will only accept requests from players every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (Pacific Time).
3. Your character’s level has to be at least 5 levels lower than the top leveled player on your destination server.
4. The total Silver you want to take with you to the destination server cannot be more than 10 million.
5. You will be asked to break all your social relationships i.e. Friendlist, Marriage, Master-apprentice and Tribe relationships.
6. The number of the characters you have on the destination server doesn’t exceed 5.
7. If you are a tribe leader, you have to resign your position and give it to another tribe member. And the tribal war of the target server will be closed for 1 week.
8. Except for what is mentioned in Rules 3, 4 and 6, all the other character data you have is transferable e.g. character level, stats, skills information, pets, quest information, equipment and items.
9. You can request a server transfer from Monday to Wednesday every week. And during these three days, you can still log in and play. From Thursday, we will start the operation of server transfer, so the request function will be closed then. And to prevent any possible problem, if you have requested a server transfer, you cannot login from Thursday to Friday.
10. We reserve the right to end or modify this service at any time without prior notification.
Procedure:
1. Talk to Castellan Clyde and choose “Transfer my character to a different server”
2. After reading the rules and restrictions, you can click “Request transfer”
3. Castellan Clyde will ask you to break up all of your social relationships. Click “Yes” to confirm and then choose your destination server.
4. Your request will be sent to us through our back office system. We will check your character info and perform the transfer if everything is fine.
For the very first server transfer service, we only provide server Dolphin as the destination server. Other servers will be available next time.
The deadline of this round is 00:00 AM September 17. (PDT)

Dolphin So rich ppl go to this server and buy the robot and waste there life leting a BOT walk them round What is the point in making this if only ppl who buy gold can move sever

Dolphin New server so low lvls
only rich ppl buy bullion so they will have more than 10mill slivers
and mostly ppl with lots of slivers Are high lvls
so they cant transfer so ppl who want to transfer cant cuz there ether to rich or to high lvl

I know you guys want to make money but if you’re looking to prevent people overusing, just make it so that you can only transfer it once or twice.

if 300 guys transfer they self to another self=they will learn much money…thats why its so espensive and all items in bulions just for got more money,they dont care for who dont buy bullion just that

this is too much 100 bullion? yes many will transfer because they have money to buy bullions but how about hose less players? that in real life has not enough money to buy bullions? in phil. it will caused us 2.5k php ohh… its too much
