About Loot
Loots are items or in-game money that you can get from monsters. In Destiny Online, monsters will drop loot at a certain rate when they are killed.
To pick up monster’s drops
1. Left click on an item
2. Press Spacebar to pick up all the items near you.
In a team
The team leader can set the loot options by clicking on his or her avatar.

For example
If “Blue or Better” and “Allocate by Leader” are selected, when your team get a Blue named item, the team leader will decide whose backpack it goes to.
Several parties hunting one monster
The system follows the First Hit and 12-Sec rules to decide whom the loots belong to. That is to say if you’re the first one to inflict damage on a monster, it‘s drops will be temporarily labeled as yours. But if you don’t continue with the attack in the next 12 seconds, the loots will go to someone else.
For example
Players A and B are fighting Great Joss.
If A makes the first hit and keeps attacking till he kills the Great Joss, and none of his hits are more than 12 seconds apart from the previous hit, the drops unquestionably belong to A.
If any of A’s attack is more than 12 seconds apart from the previous hit, and during this window of more than 12 seconds, B joins the fight and continuously attacks and finally kills the Great Joss (none of Bs attacks are more than 12 seconds apart from his previous hits), all the drops from the Great Joss will be B’s.
