Part 3 Socket in Equipment

In the first two parts, we mentioned something called “Socket”, so now let’s have a deep look into this brand-new attribute which is of great important to equipment growth.

The equipment might get a socket at certain odds in the course of quality or level upgrade.

So, what is a socket? What can you do with it? We’ll answer all these questions in next part. Believe me, it is beyond your wildest dream.

Part 4 Embedment

After reading the introduction to “Socket”, you must be curious about how it works. It’s time to unveil the embedment system.

First, let’s get to know a new item.

Name: Rainbow Stone

Description: A mystic stone with an iridescent shimmer of colors. It can be embedded in socketed equipment at certain odds to upgrade the equipment skill.

Usage: Place a Rainbow Stone and a piece of equipment with a equipment skill in the Compose panel and then click OK . (you can find the Compose skill in the Minor sheet of Skill Panel). The Rainbow Stone will be embedded into the equipment at certain odds and the equipment skill will level up.

Click OK to start the embedment.

As you can see in the picture, the Staff has three sockets and two of them have Rainbow Stones embedded, so its equipment skill “Glaciate” was raised from Level 1 to Level 3.
