Parent Support

We understand that parents may have concerns for younger players in an MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game) such as Destiny Online. Therefore we have created this resource for parents/guardians to be able to see what benefits and risks are being made when they allow their children online in our world.

Destiny Online is a virtual world where you can make friends, play alongside those same friends, quest continually to improve a character and immerse yourself into an entire new world! All in-game content is suitable for all ages, containing no swearing or excessive violence. We don’t believe in the necessity of blood and gore, so we leave it out of our games. If we were rated in a movie-style format, our rating would most likely fall into a PG.

So, here is some commonly requested information that you might be wondering about:

What does my child gain from playing an online game?

As much as our games provide a welcome escape from reality for a while, there are actual educational benefits to our games! The tests and quests within our game constantly test our player’s mental dexterity and allows them to build problem-solving skills. Also, there is a lot of text-based content for players to read and learn from, which boosts their reading skill overall.

Also, from the high level of player interaction we offer, your child can learn more interpersonal and interactive skills which easily carry over into the real world. Combined with the multi-tasking and problem solving from the quests and team exercises within, this presents a real learning opportunity, yet still under the guise of a game!

What risk am I taking?

None.

Firstly, we are a certifiably virus-free, spyware-free, malware-free and spam-free game. We keep all player information 100% confidential and do NOT sell your email addresses or any other contact information to anyone. We hold our player’s security and privacy in the highest regard and refuse to compromise this for any reason.

What risks will my child be exposed to?

We DO allow player-to-player interaction on a very high scale. We understand that this creates many concerns related to the content that youngsters can be exposed to. Owing to this, we have recruited a large number of in-game monitoring staff (which we refer to as GMs). These people constantly monitor the various chat streams and steer conversations away from those that are unsavoury or that we know would impact younger players.

What can I do about account security and sharing?

We do NOT condone account sharing in any way. We ask that parents ensure that their children are aware of this. If an account is shared, it is entirely unsafe. It may result in loss of items or enjoyment of the game and is to be avoided. The only pieces of information about an account that is safe to share are the IGN (in-game name) and the Server that they are playing. Our staff will never ask for any passwords or any information other than this.

What if I get a billing or account query that isn’t answered elsewhere?

If you decide to donate for your child to obtain bullion in-game, please direct any issues or queries you get directly to our game staff through our support ticket system: http://www.enjoymmo.com/sales/ADDINFO.php?sel=1 Your enquiries will be dealt with swiftly through this method.

In Summary

We at Ingle games understand fully the concerns that parents may have for younger gamers, and try our utmost to protect them at all costs. We’re a company designed with the player first and foremost in mind. We aim to create a fun, wholesome game that all our players can enjoy.

Of course, if you wish to set your mind at ease entirely, simply create one of our free accounts yourself, and come see what all the fuss is about! We welcome players of all ages into our games, so if you decide to stay around after you’ve scoped us out, you’d be more than welcome.
